A SourcerPro search isn’t a one-time report — it’s a workspace that persists. The Previous searches rail in SourcerPro lists every run. Reopening one restores the whole state: the shortlist with your Yes/Maybe/No reviews, the market read, the suggestions, and the refine chat. Nothing you did expires.

What reopening is good for

  • Continuing a half-reviewed shortlist — the “learning your target” counter picks up where you stopped.
  • Refined runs on old ground — a new constraint applied to an existing search is a refinement, not a new verified search.
  • Mining for a new mandate — a similar role six months later? The old shortlist plus Smart Match over your imports often covers the longlist before you spend anything.

Searches and mandates

Searches and jobs are linked but not fused: the search finds people, the mandate’s pipeline runs the placement. Import connects the two — which is why importing your keepers matters even when a search ends without a placement.
