The honest test of Yena is one real mandate, worked end to end. Here’s the week.
1

Day 1 — set up and search

Register, set workspace defaults (currency, timezone, language), and run your first Sourcer search on the hardest role on your desk. Read the market read before the shortlist — it tells you what game you’re playing.
2

Day 2 — calibrate and reveal

Review the shortlist with Yes/Maybe/No until the Sourcer recalibrates, refine once, then reveal contacts for the profiles you’ll genuinely approach and import them.
3

Day 3 — structure the search

Create the client company and the mandate, pull your imports onto the pipeline, and start conversations. Notes and tasks go on the records, not in your head.
4

Day 4 — bring your history

Migrate the spreadsheet or at least this quarter’s active candidates. Invite a colleague in Team settings and split the pipeline.
5

Day 5 — present

Screened candidates go to Shortlist, the portal goes to the client, and you watch approve/decline come back. That’s the full loop inside one trial week — with Reports already counting what happened.
