You don’t start from zero. Three import paths cover most migrations:
  • Import CV (in Candidates and on every job’s pipeline): drop a CV file and Yena parses it into a candidate record.
  • Import CSV in Candidates: bulk-load a candidate export from your previous ATS or spreadsheets.
  • Import CSV in Clients (Companies) and Jobs: the same for your client list and open roles.
Migrating a whole ATS? Bring companies first, then jobs, then candidates: that order lets the records link up as they arrive. If you have a large or messy export, contact us and we’ll walk the mapping through with you.
