A recruiter places maintenance mechanics. A client they worked with two years ago just posted a mechanic role. The recruiter knows the company, but not who runs production today. Finding that name used to take ten minutes of browsing and a guess. Now it is one click on the company page.

What you get

  • Up to three likely hiring contacts per company, one per role: the person who leads the team you hire for, the HR or recruiting lead, and the owner or managing director.
  • Saved as client contacts under the company. They land in the company’s Contacts tab like any other client contact, with a short reason why each one is a match. One person, one record, even if they are found again later.
  • No email until you want one. The contact is saved without an email. Reveal it from the contact when you are ready to reach out, the same way as for any contact.
  • Reused for 30 days. A second click on the same company inside 30 days shows the saved people and costs nothing.

When it runs

You do not have to click. Yena looks up the hiring contacts by itself at the two moments where you clearly care about a company:
  1. When you add the first job for a company. Within a minute the people are in the company’s Contacts tab.
  2. When you switch on Watch hiring for a company.
You can still run it by hand: open Enrich and choose Hiring contacts. From the Overview, the ”… and N other contacts” link opens the Contacts tab, where each person shows their role for you and the reason line, with Reveal email and Reveal phone on the row.
The people are likely matches from public profiles, not confirmed. Check the reason line before you reach out. Nothing is ever guessed: if Yena finds nobody, it says so.

Spending limits

Every run has a ceiling in code: about 10 cents per run, at most three runs per company per day, and a daily ceiling per workspace. When a limit is reached, the block says so and nothing is charged beyond it. Your admin can lower the limits in Settings, never raise them above the built-in ceiling.

What this does not do

  • It does not send anything. Writing to a contact is a separate, deliberate step from the contact or a campaign.
  • It does not confirm a person is still in the role. The reason line tells you what the match was based on.
  • It does not run by itself. Each lookup is your click.
