What candidates see

The status page: a four-step rail from Applied to Decision, no login required
- Your internal stage names are never shown. Whatever your pipeline calls a stage, the candidate sees one of the four steps.
- A rejected application reads as a neutral “the team has made a decision” — the word rejected never appears on the page.
- Any stage the page cannot map shows as Reviewing, so the rail never leaks internal structure.
What you control
Nothing extra — the page reflects your pipeline automatically. Move an applicant on the board, and their status page shows the new step on their next visit. The link is private to the applicant and safe by design: it works only with the exact secret address from their email, an invalid or mangled link shows a generic error page, and the raw link is never stored on our side — only a cryptographic fingerprint of it.
