Companies anchor everything in Yena: jobs belong to a company, placements are billed to one, and contacts live under one.

Add the company

In Clients (Companies), click Add Company. You can validate the client’s VAT number against the EU registry (VIES) directly in the form; name, industry, website, and internal notes complete the record.

Track the relationship

Companies carry a stage (starting at Lead), an owner, open-jobs and contact counts, and the usual details: industry, size, website, email, phone, LinkedIn. Save filtered views for the slices you work daily.
Importing a sourced candidate creates their current employer as a company record automatically. That is a market-mapping side effect worth having: after a few searches your database knows which companies the talent sits in.
