The power action
On every candidate record, under Power Actions, sits Convert to Customer — it marks the person as a BD lead / client contact. The record keeps everything: conversations, notes, files, history.
When to use it
- A placed candidate starts hiring for their new team.
- A shortlisted-but-not-placed manager was impressed by your process and mentions an open role on their side.
- A market-read BD conversation starts with someone who entered your database as talent.
