# Views, filters, and lists

> Shape the candidate, job, and company tables around how you actually work.

## Filters and saved views

Every records table (Candidates, Jobs, Clients) has **Filters** and a **+ Save view** control. Filter to the slice you work daily, save it as a view, and it's one click from then on. Columns are configurable per table via **Columns**.

## Lists

Lists group candidates across mandates: think "SAP consultants Rhein-Main" or "silver medalists Q3". On a job's pipeline, the pool has a **Lists** tab next to the full pool, so a well-kept list becomes a starting eleven for the next similar search.

## The pool filters

Inside a job's pipeline, the candidate pool carries quick filters: experience, LinkedIn present, enrichment status, recency. They're built for the "who do we already have for this?" pass before external sourcing; [Smart Match](/en/pipeline/smart-match) is the automated version of the same question.
