# Audit log and data quality

> The two admin views that keep a workspace defensible: who did what, and what's missing.

Both live in **Tenant Admin**, both matter more the bigger the team gets.

## Audit Log

A chronological record of account-level activity: who changed what, and when. Three moments it earns its place:

* **The "who moved this candidate?" question** — answered without a meeting.
* **Offboarding** — verifying what an account touched before access ends.
* **GDPR accountability** — Article 5(2) expects you to demonstrate compliance, and being able to show when data was accessed or changed is part of that posture. Pair it with the practices in [Sourcing responsibly](/en/sourcer/sourcing-responsibly).

## Data Quality

The completeness view: which records are missing the fields the rest of the system leans on — contact details, companies, stages, the [custom fields](/en/workspace/custom-fields) you chose to track.

Worth a monthly pass, because gaps compound quietly: a candidate without a company weakens [Smart Match](/en/pipeline/smart-match); a job without a fee type disappears from revenue in [Reports](/en/workspace/reports). Data Quality tells you where the reporting will lie before it does.
