# Managing your account and your data

> Workspace defaults, language, and how deletion and export requests work.

## Workspace settings

Owners and admins set the workspace name, default currency, timezone, and language in [Tenant Admin](/en/workspace/team-and-workspace-settings). The **Audit Log** there records account-level activity.

## Your data

Candidate and client data in your workspace is yours: you're the controller, Yena is the processor. The [GDPR article](/en/privacy/gdpr-and-candidate-data) covers what that means in practice.

## Export and deletion

For a full data export or to close your account, [contact us](https://www.yena.ai/contact): we handle both directly and confirm when they're done. Candidate-level deletion requests (right to erasure) work the same way; we walk the steps through with you.
