# See a client's open job ads in one click

> On any company page, one click fetches the job ads from the company's own website. Each ad can become a Yena job in one more click. Nothing runs by itself, and the cost is capped in code.

An agency places maintenance mechanics and CNC machinists around Bielefeld. A client they placed with last year has three new roles on its own career page. Before, somebody had to remember to look. Now the recruiter opens the company in Yena, clicks **Find job ads**, and the three roles are on the page a few seconds later, with a link to each ad and a button to turn it into a job.

## What you get

* **The ads from the company's own website.** Yena reads the company's career page or its public job board and lists every open ad: title, location, and a link to the original.
* **One click to add an ad as a job.** **Add as job** reads the ad, fills in the job the way *Import a job from a URL* does, and creates it as an open job under the company. You review and edit it like any other job.
* **A date, so you know how fresh it is.** The block says "Checked on 11 Oct". **Check again** refreshes the list.
* **Nothing runs by itself.** Yena fetches ads only when someone clicks. Teams that do not want this simply never click.

</Frame>

## How to use it

1. **Open the company.** Clients (Companies) → the company → Overview. The company needs a website on its record.
2. **Click Find job ads.** The block at the top says "Checking their website…" and fills within a few seconds. If the company has no open ads, it says so.
3. **Add an ad as a job.** Click **Add as job** on the row. Yena reads the ad and opens the new job. Fix anything it got wrong, then run the Sourcer or share it as usual.
4. **Come back later.** The list stays on the page. Click **Check again** when you want the current state.

<Tip>
  Pair this with [hiring contacts](/en/guides/hiring-contacts): the same company page lists the people who hire, with their details one click away. Ads tell you *what* the client needs; contacts tell you *who* to call.
</Tip>

## Where the ads come from

Yena looks at the company's own website first: its career page, or the public job board it uses. That covers most companies and costs nothing. When the website shows nothing readable, Yena asks one external job-ad source once, so a company with a hard-to-read site still gets a result.

## Limits and cost

* A check costs well under one cent for most companies, at most a few cents in the worst case. The ceiling is in code and cannot be raised from the app.
* The external source is asked at most once per company per week, and there is a daily ceiling per workspace. When a limit is reached, the block says so and nothing is charged beyond it.
* A second click within a few minutes reuses the last result instead of fetching again.

## What this does not do

* It does not watch companies for you. There are no nightly checks and no notifications. You click, it looks.
* It does not read every job ad on the internet. It reads the ads of the company you opened.
* It does not create jobs on its own. Each job is your click on **Add as job**.
