# What is Yena?

> An AI-native recruiting platform for agencies and search firms: Sourcer, ATS, and client portal in one loop.

Yena exists to help recruiters make more placements. It does that by putting the whole loop in one place:

* **The Sourcer** finds candidates. You describe a role, approve a structured profile, and get a screened, ranked shortlist with an honest read of the market. You calibrate it, and it learns your standard.
* **Contact reveal** turns a good profile into a reachable person: verified email or phone for one data credit, only when found.
* **The ATS** runs the search: candidates, clients, mandates, an 11-stage pipeline you can reshape, tasks, notes, calendar, and reporting.
* **The client portal** presents your shortlist: your client reviews, approves, and declines on a branded page, and their feedback lands back in your pipeline. Public careers pages and apply links come with every job.
* **Smart Match** works your existing database against each new mandate before you source externally.

## Who it's for

Executive search firms, staffing agencies, and recruiting agencies in Europe, mostly between one and fifty consultants. Yena is built European-first: GDPR posture, EU data centers, VIES VAT validation on client records, and a German-language app and help center.
