# Getting help

> Open a ticket from this help center, and what happens after you send it.

## Open a ticket right here

This help center has a **chat bubble** (bottom-right). Click it, leave your email, and describe the problem: that creates a support ticket with our team directly.

The ticket automatically carries useful context: the page you were on and, if you were working in the app, the session it relates to. That means less back-and-forth asking "what exactly did you click?"

## What happens next

Your ticket lands with the team immediately and replies reach you by email. You can reopen the chat on this site to continue the conversation; your email address ties the thread together.

## Other routes

* The [contact page](https://www.yena.ai/contact) reaches the same people.
* If you're testing Yena on a live mandate and something blocks you, say so in the ticket: real searches get debugged first.
