  <Accordion title="How long is the trial, and do I need a credit card?">
    The free trial runs **10 days** with Pro features, **no credit card required**. Register at [my.yena.ai/register](https://my.yena.ai/register).

  <Accordion title="What does a Sourcer search cost me on the trial?">
    Trial workspaces include a monthly allowance of **verified searches** (shown before you approve each search, including how many you have left). A verified search runs 5 to 8 minutes and returns a screened, ranked shortlist.

  <Accordion title="What is a data credit?">
    Data credits pay for contact lookups. Revealing a candidate's email or phone costs **1 data credit, and only if something is found**. See [Finding contact details](/en/sourcer/finding-contact-details).

  <Accordion title="Which languages does Yena speak?">
    The app runs in English and German; you can switch in the workspace settings. The client portal has its own language switcher, so your client reads it in their language regardless of yours.

  <Accordion title="Where is my data stored?">
    Yena is built for European recruiters and states its posture plainly: **GDPR compliant, EU data centers, SOC 2**.   <Accordion title="Can I change the pipeline stages?">
    Yes. Rename any stage or add stages per job via the column menu, and set workspace-wide pipeline templates in Tenant Admin.

  <Accordion title="Can my client see candidates without names?">
    Yes: the client portal has an **Anonymize Names** toggle, useful before a contract is signed. See [Sharing a shortlist](/en/portal/sharing-a-shortlist).
