# Set up your career page in 10 minutes

> Publish a branded, Google-ready careers page — built from your website by AI, refined by you.

Picture a boutique agency that wins a new retained mandate every month but still sends candidates to a PDF. A career page fixes three things at once: inbound applicants arrive pre-parsed into your pipeline, your roles become findable on Google, and clients see a professional brand instead of a job board link.

Your career page lives at `yena.ai/careers/<your-address>` and is managed from **Tenant Admin → Career Page**.

  Everything on this screen saves with one **Save changes** action, and the public page updates within moments. Nothing is public until you switch the page live.

## 1. Let AI build the page from your website

1. Open **Tenant Admin → Career Page**.
2. In **Build your page from your website**, paste your company website address and select **Build it**.
3. Yena reads your site and drafts the whole page: logo, brand colour, company description, an About story, and reasons to join.
4. Review the draft — every text is editable — then apply it.

Nothing goes live without your review. If you prefer to build by hand, skip this step and fill the **Branding** fields yourself: logo, cover photo, company name, brand colour, and a short description.

## 2. Choose a design

Pick one of three designs in the **Design** card:

* **Statement** — editorial type and structured story sections. The default.
* **Warm Team** — friendly, photo-led and people focused.
* **Bold Dark** — high contrast with a brand-led glow.

All three take their accent colour from your brand colour, so the page always looks like your company. Design changes save immediately.

## 3. Tell your story

The **Page sections** card adds the parts that make candidates stay:

* **About** — your company story in a few short paragraphs.
* **Team** — the people candidates will work with, with photo, name, and role.
* **Why us** — three to six concise reasons to join.
* **Photo strip** — a row of workplace images.

Each section has its own toggle. A section you leave empty or switched off renders nothing — the page never shows blank placeholders.

## 4. Go live

In the **Visibility** card, switch **Career page live** on. Your page and every published role are now public at your address. Switching it off takes everything offline instantly.

  Your public address is shown in the **Address** card — lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. Changing it later breaks links you already shared, so pick it once and keep it.

## What you get automatically

* **Google-ready pages.** The public page is server-rendered with structured job data, so search engines read your roles without any extra work. Each page also publishes its own sitemap.
* **A hosted address.** No hosting, no DNS setup, no maintenance.
